"Blair's book is a quick read. I will not, however, say that it is an "easy read" as it really makes you think. It is a journey, and you must take it to make yourself whole. Like it says in the book, "Forgive others, not because they do or do not deserve forgiveness, but because you deserve peace. The book is very cathartic. Release all the people to God, especially those that have offended you. A peace will enter you."
